Course curriculum includes:
• Breaking down Rocket sequences 1, 2, and 3.
• Learn the roots of the Rocket Practice (Ashtanga yoga methodology)
• Get to know Larry Shultz (founder of the Rocket)
• Rocket philosophy and history
• Hands on adjustments
• Deepen your personal practice
Prerequisites:
⁃ Yoga Alliance certified RYT-200
⁃ 1 year teaching experience
⁃ Consistent Rocket yoga practice (minimum of 6 months experience) “practice what you teach, teach what you practice”
⁃ Ability to hold crow pose and headstand
