iRest Group Experience

Are you ready to feel safe within yourself at a whole new level? 

Ready to process anxiety or any other stored emotions that you have a hard time being with? 

What would it be like for you to feel confident in yourself, in your decisions, as well as feeling a deep connection to your soul in your physical body? How would your life be different if you could welcome all emotions and simply release them without a power struggle? 

I have recently taken training on something I have practiced for several years now. It’s called iRest. It’s one of the most profound healing experiences that is used to support those healing from trauma as well as guiding us into our next phase of our evolution, no matter where your starting point is. 

iRest stands for “Integrative Restoration”. It is an integrative approach to restoring your innate sense of wholeness from your BE-ing. It is a form of Yoga Nidra which is an ancient Yogic science that is called the “Psychic Sleep”. It allows the participant to go into the inner recesses of the mind to bring forth what is often buried within. 

This highly specialized Yoga Nidra, or guided meditation, technique has been used for 30 years in treatment facilities all around the world. There is promising research showing that iRest is effective with supporting people who deal with: 

  • Depression
  • Anxiety 
  • Lost sense of Self 
  • Sleep disorders 
  • Burnout 
  • Stress and stress related illnesses 
  • Trauma recovery
  • Chronic pain

In this 6 week program you will be guided through a weekly experience to help you explore your inner world in a profound way. This is an experiential program that will require you to be in a safe and quiet environment during the times of our call, or when you watch the playback on your own time.
