Yin + Meditation
Yin Yoga targets deep connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, joints and bones, as well as, your nervous system. Yin is a slower, meditative practice creating the space for you to turn inward for self reflection (known as swadhyaya in yogic philosophy), and relaxation.
Because you are holding poses for 2-5 minutes each, yin gives you the ability to stretch and lengthen your rarely-used tissues while teaching you how to breathe and relax more deeply.
Fiesta Barre
PLEASE BRING: GRIP SOCKS, HAND AND MAT TOWEL, & YOGA MAT
Fiesta Barre is a fusion of strength training and lean muscle definition using ballet, yoga & pilates, with the assistance of a ballet barre. This is an intense workout that is an important addition that completes your yoga practice, by working with the complexity of the push/pull muscles in the body.

Gentle Flow Yoga (Prenatal Welcome)
In this lighthearted and slow-paced yoga practice, you will be invited to go within. This class offers a combination of strengthening through standing and core postures while incorporating the gentleness of a restorative practice. Drop into a quiet space within your body, unravel the day’s stress and connect to your breath in sweet surrender. This class is for anyone needing a more gentle class.
Bootcamp TRX
Ready for a full body upgrade? TRX is a high intensity class that gives the body resistance training by using a variety of methods. No class is like the other. Although you will primarily work with TRX, be prepared for Pilates, weight training, circuit training and even yoga. WHAT TO BRING: Tennis shoes, water, yoga mat and a towel.
